PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an insertion part end part of an endoscope where high heat emission effect is obtained.SOLUTION: A first high thermal conductive resin 69a in an almost cylindrical shape is formed by dishing up a high conductive resin around each contained substance of a distal end part 14a. A second high thermal conductive resin 69b having an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of the distal end part 14a is formed by dishing up a high conductive resin around the first high thermal conductive resin 69a. In the state that the each contained substance is loosely inserted inside a cylindrical body 41, the cylindrical body 41 is moved from a rear end side to the distal end side of the insertion part 14, the outer peripheral part of the second high thermal conductive resin 69b is scraped off by the cylindrical body 41, and engaged the distal end cover 20 and an opening 41a of the cylindrical body 41. A high thermal conductive resin 69c protruded to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 41 is wiped off. As the high thermal conductive resin is entirely filled up inside the cylindrical body 41, a contact surface area between an inner periphery of the cylindrical body 41 and the high thermal conductive resin increases. Thus, high heat emission effect is obtained.
