The present invention relates to a diaper, and more specifically, to a smart diaper which can sense and determine the bladder state of a diaper wearer through a sensor module, notify the corresponding information through an LED unit, a notification unit, or a communication unit of a communication module, and lets a guardian who is close to or spaced apart from the diaper wearer recognize the bladder state of the diaper wearer and respond to the recognized bladder state. According to the present invention, the smart diaper includes: a diaper pad； a sensor module which is mounted on the inner part of the diaper pad and senses one or both of the temperature and humidity； and a communication unit which is mounted on the outer part of the diaper and notifies the sensing result of the sensor module to the outside.
