The apparatus comprises: a supply hopper (100) which is formed in the shape of a container having a V-shaped cross-sectional area extended to be long and has a hopper outlet (110) which is cut along a lower end portion in a lengthwise direction a powder discharge roller (120) which is installed to arrange a rotation axis in parallel along the hopper outlet (110) of the supply hopper (100) and discharges powder for food in the supply hopper (100) while rotating a main body (200) which is formed in the shape of a container having a V-shaped cross-sectional area extended to be long and has a body outlet (210) which is installed on a lower portion of the supply hopper (100) and temporarily accommodates the powder for food, which moves over the powder discharge roller (120) and is discharged through the hopper outlet (110), and is cut along a lower end portion in a lengthwise direction a plurality of support springs (220) which are installed on a lower portion of the body unit (200) and support the body unit (200) and a body vibration motor (230) which is installed on one side of the body unit (200) and vibrates the body unit (200) supported by the support springs (220).
