PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid collecting device which easily adheres to a human body, is hard to be peeled off, can collect body fluid such as urine and semen, and is unlikely to be contaminated due to leakage. The present invention is a sheet member having an opening, a joint portion having a first surface and a second surface, an adhesive layer provided on the first surface of the joint portion, and a peripheral length of a peripheral portion. Relates to a bodily fluid collection device that includes a collection film bonded to the second surface of the joint so as to surround the opening of the joint and have a circumference longer than the opening of the joint. The body fluid collecting device easily adheres to the human body, is hard to peel off, and can collect body fluid such as urine and semen. The present invention is applied to the technical field of body fluid collection machines.
