PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room configuration for performing MR imaging in the same room as external RT without RF interference from an RT system using a specific placement of RF-shielded doors between the two of an open system and a closed system in between radiation therapy and MR imaging.SOLUTION: An apparatus for radiation therapy combines a patient table 32, an MRI 10 and a radiation treatment apparatus mounted in a common treatment room 26 including an MR magnet 10 movable from a position outside radiation shielded doors 17 and 31 to an imaging position. An RF-shielded door 31 is movable between a position of separating part of the treatment apparatus from the magnet and an open position allowing access of a patient to the treatment apparatus. In one configuration, there are consecutive treatment rooms and the magnet is mounted to move along a passageway outside the row of radiation shielded doors 31 of the rooms.【課題】放射線療法とＭＲ撮像の間に、開いたシステムと閉じたシステムの２つの間で、ＲＦを遮蔽したドアの特定の配置を用いて、ＲＴシステムからのＲＦ干渉のない外部のＲＴと同じ部屋でＭＲ撮像を行なう部屋構成を提供する。【解決手段】放射線療法のための装置は、放射線を遮蔽したドア１７、３１の外部の位置から撮像位置まで移動可能なＭＲ磁石１０を含む共通の処置室２６で取り付けられた、患者テーブル３２、ＭＲＩ１０、および、放射線処置装置を組み合わせる。ＲＦを遮蔽したドア３１は、磁石から処置装置の一部を分離させる位置と、処置装置への患者のアクセスが可能な開位置との間を動くことができる。１つの構成において、連続した処置室があり、磁石は、部屋の放射線を遮蔽したドア３１の列の外側の通路に沿って移動するように取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
