The implantation accessory comprises a teleorientable catheter (44) extended at its distal end by a tubular protective tip (58) adapted to accommodate the capsule (10) provided with an anchoring screw (14). A sub-catheter (76) is housed within the teleorientable catheter with a degree of freedom in translation and rotation. The sub-catheter and the capsule are deployable telescopically with respect to the telerientable catheter between: i) a retracted position where the capsule and its anchor member are fully housed in the tubular tip, and ii) an extended position where the capsule is outlet of the tubular tip and is carried by the distal end of the sub-catheter. The sub-catheter and the capsule are provided with means for securing (84) in mutual translation and rotation, these means being uncouplable under the effect of a rotation applied to the sub-catheter from the proximal end thereof.L'accessoire d'implantation comprend un cathéter téléorientable (44) prolongé à son extrémité distale par un embout tubulaire de protection (58) apte à loger la capsule (10) pourvue d'une vis d'ancrage (14). Le sous-cathéter et la capsule sont pourvus de moyens de solidarisation (84) en translation et en rotation mutuelles, ces moyens étant découplables sous l'effet d'une rotation appliquée au sous-cathéter depuis l'extrémité proximale de celui-ci.
