PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligament reconstructing instrument capable of simply performing low invasion ligament reconstructing technique.SOLUTION: The ligament reconstructing instrument is used in an operation for reconstructing the ligament of a joint in which a plurality of bones are mutually bound by the ligament and contains a gimlet 10 and a reamer 20. The gimlet 10 can drill the holes piercing through the plurality of the bones and the joint and contains a leading end part 11, a rear end part 13 and the reamer mounting part 12 provided between the leading end part 11 and the rear end part 13 and capable of mounting the reamer 20.
