The present invention relates to a method of preparing a liposome nanoparticle including an active material, and a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkle. More particularly, the method of preparing a liposome nanoparticle comprises the step of: preparing a phospholipid solution in which phospholipid is dissolved in a glycol solvent, and a solution in which a cholesterol compound and an active material are dissolved with oil mixing the phospholipid solution and the solution containing the active material to prepare a mixture mixing the mixture and a phospholipid solution to prepare a liposome aqueous solution and passing the liposome aqueous solution through a shirasu porous glass film to prepare a liposome nanoparticle including the active material. In addition, the cosmetic composition comprises the liposome nanoparticle as an active ingredient. The liposome nanoparticle can include an active material having the high encapsulation ratio without applying heat and pressure.
