A sensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a clip attached to an affected part through an endoscope tool, the clip comprising an electronic marker (110)； and a probe comprising a measuring portion capable of recognizing the electronic marker, the probe approaching outside the affected part.L'invention porte sur un dispositif de détection pour positionner une partie affectée et sur un procédé associé. Un dispositif de détection selon le mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une pince fixée à une partie affectée par l'intermédiaire d'un endoscope, la pince comprenant un marqueur électronique (110)； et une sonde comprenant une partie de mesure capable de reconnaître le marqueur électronique, la sonde s'approchant à l'extérieur de la partie affectée.환부의 위치를 파악하기 위한 감지 장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 감지 장치는 내시경 도구를 통해 환부에 부착되며 전자 마커(110)를 포함하는 클립 및 상기 전자 마커 인식이 가능한 측정부가 포함되며, 상기 환부의 외측에서 접근하는 프로브를 포함한다.
