The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing yogurt using Hericium erinaceus extracts and cordycepin. The method comprises the following steps: adding Hericium erinaceus extracts to milk and manufacturing a milk base inoculating lactobacillus to the milk base and primarily fermenting the same adding cordycepin to the primarily fermented product and secondarily fermenting the primarily fermented product.
