To precisely determine suitability for driving by measuring a condition of various drivers in a wide range and in detail.SOLUTION: In the method and device of the present invention, biological fluctuation is measured in two types consisting of cardiac beat fluctuation and chaos fluctuation from brain waves of various drivers.
