PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe driving support system supports a driver who is driving a vehicle in consideration of a health condition of the driver.SOLUTION: A safe driving support system comprises: a wearable terminal comprising specific terminal information and a first sensor for acquiring biological information about a driver； a second sensor for acquiring biological information about the driver； and an on-vehicle safe driving support device provided with a reference determining part that determines whether the driver is in a condition that the driver can drive by comparing allowance information about the driver with first biological information. The reference determining part determines whether a heart rate measured by a pulse monitor is above a predetermined rate and/or determines whether a predetermined brain wave pattern is detected in brain waves measured by a brain wave measuring part.
