PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe driving support system that supports a driver who is driving a vehicle in consideration of a health condition of the driver.SOLUTION: A safe driving support system comprises: a wearable terminal comprising specific terminal information and a first sensor for acquiring biological information about a driver; a second sensor for acquiring biological information about the driver; and an on-vehicle safe driving support device provided with a reference determining part that determines whether the driver is in a condition that the driver can drive by comparing allowance information about the driver with first biological information. The reference determining part determines whether a heart rate measured by a pulse monitor is in a first range and/or determines whether electrocardiographic waveforms acquired by an electrocardiographic monitor are neither classified into ventricular tachycardia nor into ventricular fibrillation.
