The independent heater is related to transport means, in particular, to systems intended for heating of passenger compartments, for heating and maintenance of pre-starting temperature conditions suitable for internal combustion engines in conditions of negative temperatures of the environment, and can be used in any vehicles, in mobile diesel power plants for room heating. The surface of the heat exchanger (1) carries heat-distributing sectors (7); thermogenerator modules (8) are mounted on top surfaces of the sectors (7) by hot junctions, cooling radiators (9) are mounted on the opposite surface by cold junctions, and standard cooling radiators (10) are placed on the free surface.
