The present invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation having improved stability in solution by improving the solubility of an indole compound. A pharmaceutical preparation comprising an indole compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof, a cyclodextrin derivative and an antioxidant, renders an indole compound, which has low aqueous solubility and is unstable in water, capable of parenteral administration via the improvement of the solubility and stability in solution of the indole compound by forming the indole compound as an inclusion complex of the cyclodextrin derivative. The pharmaceutical preparation may be preferably used for inhibiting cellular necrosis and preventing ischemia/reperfusion injury. Particularly, fatal reperfusion cardiac injury by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) operation can be preemptively prevented / treated by the pre-treatment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 인돌 화합물의 용해도를 개선시켜 용액 상태에서의 안정성이 개선된 약제학적 제제를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 인돌 화합물 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 유도체 시클로덱스트린 유도체 및 항산화제를 포함하는 약제학적 제제는 수성 용해도가 낮고 물에 안정하지 않은 인돌 화합물을 시클로덱스트린 유도체의 포접 착물로 형성시킴으로써 인돌 화합물의 용해도 및 용액 상태에서의 안정성을 개선하여 비경구 투여가 가능하도록 한 것으로, 세포괴사 억제 및 허혈/재관류 손상의 예방에 바람직하게 사용될 수 있고, 특히 전처치를 통해 경피적 관상동맥 중재술(percutaneous coronary intervention PCI) 시술에 의한 치명적 재관류 심장 손상을 원천적으로 예방/치료할 수 있다.
