PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement without using a load cell, and to accurately measure the weight of a roll bale even if an angle of a hydraulic cylinder changes according to the lifting of the roll bale.SOLUTION: A wrapping machine with a weight measuring function is provided with a bale supporting base on which a roll bale is placed a lift-up mechanism 5 for lifting up the bale supporting base by a hydraulic cylinder 52 while raising a link member 51 intersecting in an X-shape and weight measuring means for measuring the weight by measuring hydraulic pressure within a range in which an axial tilting angle of the hydraulic cylinder 52 is 45 degrees or less. In the case of measuring hydraulic pressure, lift-up is stopped within a range in which a tilting angle of the hydraulic cylinder 52 is 45 degrees or less, a bottom side hydraulic chamber is shut off by a shutoff valve, a rod side hydraulic chamber is opened, the hydraulic pressure is measured after a lapse of a certain time, and the weight is measured by the measured value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ロードセルを用いることなく重量を測定できるようにするとともに、ロールベールの持ち上げに伴って油圧シリンダの角度が変わる場合であっても、正確にロールベールの重量を測定できるようにする。【解決手段】ロールベールを載置するベール支持台と、X字状に交叉するリンク部材51を起立させながら油圧シリンダ52で前記ベール支持台を持ち上げるリフトアップ機構5と、前記油圧シリンダ52の軸方向の傾斜角度が45度以下の範囲内で油圧を計測して重量を測定する重量測定手段を設ける。また、油圧を計測する場合、油圧シリンダ52の傾斜角度が45度以下の範囲内でリフトアップを停止させ、その後、ボトム側油圧室をシャットオフバルブでシャットオフするとともに、ロッド側油圧室を開放し、一定時間経過後に油圧を計測し、その計測値から重量を測定する。【選択図】図3
