To provide a medicine case with a trap-door in which a trap-door is provided on the front face of the medicine case provided with a partition on a shelf classified by day of the week so that an older person or a dementia patient can avoid forgetting to take medicine, taking wrong medicine or taking too much medicine, and only medicine for the day of taking the medicine can be seen.SOLUTION: Six doors (6) of a trap-door type having the same width as a shelf with of one day are provided on the front face of a case provided with partitions (7) for dividing in a longitudinal direction into seven days of each day of the week, and with shelves (5) for dividing in a lateral direction into each administration time zone, and by sliding the doors in the lateral direction, only one day portion in seven days is opened successively.
