Axis of said hole is perpendicular to the axis of the groove. One of the holes of the joining elements of the clamp on the non-joining side has a chamfer. When the elements are joined, the axes of said holes are coaxial, and the grooves are opposite one another. Bolt-spoke fixator is made in the form of a rod with bent threads and a hexagon head. Point of transition of the rod to the head is made in the form of a conical rim for locating the hole of the element of the clamp in said chamfer.
