PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean paste straining container that facilitates straining of bean paste and that is safe and versatile, while a conventional straining container used for making bean paste soup frequently eaten at home soils clothes, stains a cooking cabinet, or scatters bean paste and is therefore dangerous when bean paste is melted in hot water.SOLUTION: A grip 8 of the bean paste straining container is held by hand, a side lid 2 is raised to scoop a suitable amount of bean paste and then closed down. Next, a finger other than the thumb is placed on the finger hook 4 on both sides of the straining container 1, a push lid hook 6 is pressed down with the thumb for example. In conjunction with the pressing down of the push lid hook, a press lid 3 is lowered, so that the bean paste in the bean paste straining container 1 is turned to a fine thread shape, pushed out and instantly dissolved in hot water. The pressed down press lid 3, by releasing the finger from the push lid hook 6, automatically returned up simultaneously with the push lid hook 6 through a contracting force of a spring 7 set in the grip 8. The bean paste left on the mesh is almost all dissolved by repeating the operation once or twice or by lightly shaking the straining container 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】家庭でよく食される味噌汁作りに使用する味噌溶き器は、味噌を湯に溶かす時に服を汚したり、調理台を汚したり或いは、飛び散ったりして危険であるが、より簡単に味噌濾しができ、安全で且つ、多用途に使用できる味噌濾し容器を提供する。【解決手段】味噌濾し容器の握り柄8を手で持ち、横蓋2を上に上げ、味噌を適量掬い上げたのち、横蓋2を下げ閉める。次に容器1の両側の指掛けフック4に親指以外の指を掛け、押し蓋フック6を親指等で押し下げる。これにより連動して押し蓋3が下がり味噌濾し容器1の中の味噌が細かく糸状になって押し出され瞬時に湯に溶ける。押し下げられた押し蓋3は、押し蓋フック6から指を離すことに依り、握り柄8にセットされたスプリング7の縮む力によって、押し蓋フック6と同時に自動的に上に戻る。網目に残った味噌は前記動作を一回~二回繰り返す或いは、容器1を軽く揺すると味噌は殆ど溶ける。【選択図】図1
