PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container designed so that a cap is attached to and held by a fitting adaptor together with a pump device before mixing, which is merely fitted to a container body after dissolving, and thus the assembling of the pump and the cap is completed.
SOLUTION: The container includes: a container body 3 the pump device 4 fitted to the mouth 2 of the container body 3 an actuator 5 that can be pushed inward in the axial direction of the mouth 2 in order to actuate the pump device 4, the adaptor 6 for fitting the pump device 4 in the mouth 2, and the cap 7 for covering the actuator 5. The actuator 5 has a finger hooking portion 21 projecting radially inward. The pump device 4 is attached to and held by the adaptor 6. The cap 7 includes an outer cylindrical part that is greater in diameter than the finger hooking portion 21, and an inner leg 34 of a small diameter fitted in the adaptor 6 so as to be freely released. The inner leg 34 is located where the finger hooking portion 21 is not located to allow the cap 7 to be fitted on from the tip side of the actuator 5.
