In this work, a pulse compression belt system is proposed, which consists of a body, a fixed part, a pacifying part and an inlet and outlet gas group.The system comprises a first piece body and a second piece body； a fixing part is detachable and fixed on the outer side of the second piece body； a pacifying part is arranged on the second side of the outer side of the first piece body, and includes a pacifying part； and an inlet and outlet gas system is arranged on the body, so as to guide the gas into the body containing space or discharge the gas from the body containing space.Therefore, the pulse compression belt can effectively attract the patients' eyes and reduce the patients' fear through the design of special appeasement device, which has the effect of appeasement, thus improving the cooperation of patients' blood pressure measurement and greatly improving the efficiency of medical staff's blood pressure measurement.本創作提出一種壓脈帶係包含本體、固定部、安撫部及進出氣組。本體係包括第一片體及第二片體；固定部係可拆地固定於第二片體的外側面；安撫部係設置於第一片體之外側面的的第二側，並包括安撫件；及進出氣組係設置於本體上，以供將氣體導入至本體的容置空間或是將氣體自本體的容置空間中排出。藉此，本創作之壓脈帶，透過特殊的安撫件之設計，可有效吸引患者的目光並降低患者的恐懼感，有安撫患者之效果，進而提升患者之測量血壓的配合度，更可大幅提升醫護人員量測血壓作業的效率。
