PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a quick measurement of the subject's condition in which non-invasive blood pressure measurement from pulse pressure of one beat is realized so as to shorten measurement time and to reduce stress for a subject that he is forced to stay still for a long time under a pressure of the cuff during blood pressure measurement.SOLUTION: One beat non-invasive blood pressure measurement is realized with a machine comprising finger cuffs K1, K2 for two fingers, a finger cuff K3 for dummy, pressurizing pumps M1, M2, M3 for controlling them, exhaust valves B1, B2, B3, and pressure sensors S1, S2, S3； in which calculation is performed from decompression curve + pulse pressure data A, reference pulse pressure data B and decompression curve C obtained respectively, as a calculation result, a pressure-pulse pressure curve corresponding to the oscillometric method, and a blood pressure value is calculated from the curve based on the oscillometric method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】一拍の脈圧データから、非侵襲で血圧測定を可能にすることで、測定時間を短縮し、被測定者の素早い容態把握を実現する。また、被測定者が、血圧測定中に、カフによる圧力の下で長時間じっとしなければならないというストレスを緩和する。【解決手段】二本の指用の指カフＫ１、Ｋ２とダミー用の指カフＫ３とそれらを制御する加圧ポンプＭ１、Ｍ２、Ｍ３及び、排気弁Ｂ１、Ｂ２、Ｂ３、さらに、圧センサＳ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３から構成され、それぞれから得られる減圧カーブ＋脈圧データＡ、基準脈圧データＢ及び減圧カーブＣから演算を行い、演算結果として、オシロメトリック法に相当する圧－脈圧カーブを求める。そのカーブから、オシロメトリック法に基づいて、血圧値を算出することで、一拍非観血血圧測定を実現する。【選択図】図１
