The present invention relates to a method for measuring an amount of droplets injected into a human body and a system therefor. A system for measuring an amount of droplets injected into a human body comprises: a photographing device for photographing a liquid formed at a front end of a nozzle, droplets falling from the nozzle, and a drip chamber to generate a time series image frame; an RGB lighting device for providing lighting to an object photographed by the photographing device; and a droplet amount measurement device for measuring an amount of droplets by using an image photographed by the photographing device, wherein the droplet amount measurement device includes: an image frame immediately after falling detection unit for detecting, as an image frame immediately after falling, a first or a second image frame which is used to have droplets in a fall determination area among consecutive image frames generated by the photographing device; and a droplet amount calculation unit for counting the number of pixels of an image occupied by droplets injected into a human body, and calculating an amount of droplets corresponding to the counted number of pixels by using a previously calculated amount of droplets per unit pixel. According to the present invention, an amount of droplets according to the number of pixels is calculated by counting the number of pixels of an image of falling droplets, except for an amount of droplets adhered to an inner wall of the drip chamber from an amount of droplets injected into a human body, and thus it is possible to accurately and rapidly measure an amount of droplets injected into a human body.COPYRIGHT KIPO
