PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photography device enabling a focused state to be recognized irrespective of image capturing conditions or the state of eyes.SOLUTION: The fundus photography device includes: a photography section having an alignment index projection optical system for projecting an alignment index, a split index projection optical system as an optical system for projecting an optical first split index on the fundus oculi, which focuses by adjusting the matching state of the first split index image by a focusing lens to be moved in an optical axis direction by a second drive means, and a fundus photography optical system having an image capturing element for detecting the first split index image and image-capturing the fundus oculi a display section for displaying a fundus image captured by the image capturing element and the first split index image and a display control section for correcting the amount of separation of the first split index on the basis of the amount of deviation between the image capturing section and an alignment reference position which is determined by the alignment index, and causing the display section to display an electronic second split index having the corrected amount of separation.
