PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic having excellent detergency, a good feeling of use and stability.SOLUTION: A cleansing cosmetic comprises a surfactant, water and/or an oil solution, wherein the cleansing cosmetic comprises the following (poly)glycerol mono-fatty acid ester composition as the surfactant, the total content of a monoester, a polyester and (poly)glycerol contained in the (poly)glycerol mono-fatty acid ester composition is 1 to 95 wt.% of the total amount of the cleansing cosmetic, and the content of water and/or the oil solution is 5 to 99 wt.% of the total amount of the cleansing cosmetic.
