The present invention relates to a system and method for obtaining data associated with an injury, in particular, an injury image for assessment of the injury. In accordance with an embodiment of the invention, there is a system for obtaining data associated with the injury comprising: an information system operable to store information relating to the injury； at least one sensor operable to sense the injury； and a device operable to control the sensor, obtain sensing data from the sensor, and display the data associated with the injury based on the sensing data, wherein the information relating to the injury is used for controlling the sensor to obtain the sensing data of a characteristic of the injury.La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour obtenir des données associées à une blessure, en particulier, une image de blessure pour l'évaluation de la blessure.
