PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom harvesting method drastically saving mushroom-harvesting labor and also properly harvesting mushrooms without damaging them and to provide a mushroom harvesting device and a mushroom harvesting ring.SOLUTION: The mushroom harvesting device utilizes a mushroom harvesting ring 20 to harvest mushroom, and includes: a fork-like pushing-up member 30 having a plurality of fork nail-like parts 33 inserted into spaces between the lines of a plurality of cultivation bottles 10 housed in a mushroom container 16, and pushing up the bottles by the fork nail-like parts 33 while being in contact to both sides of a projection part 22 of the mushroom harvesting ring 20 from below so as to separate a mushroom fruit body 13 from a mushroom culture medium 15 and a fork-like inversion part 35 set up to the pushing-up member 30 and inverting a plurality of stocks of mushrooms 12 grown up in the cultivation bottles 10 housed in the container 16 while a mushroom harvesting box 50 is put over the stocks upside down.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】キノコの収穫における労力を大幅に削減する共に、キノコを傷めずに適切に収穫できるキノコの収穫方法、キノコの収穫装置及びキノコの収穫用リングを提供すること。【解決手段】キノコの収穫用リング20を利用してキノコの収穫をするキノコの収穫装置であって、キノコ用のコンテナ16に入った複数本の栽培瓶10の列と列との間に挿入される複数のフォーク状の爪状部33を有し、複数のフォーク状の爪状部33によって収穫用リング20の張り出し部22の両側に下から当接して押し上げることで、キノコの子実体13とキノコの培地15とを分断させるフォーク状の押し上げ部30と、コンテナ16に入った複数本の栽培瓶10において生長した複数株のキノコ12に対してキノコの収穫箱50を逆さまにして被せた状態で反転させる押し上げ部材30に設けられたフォーク状の反転部35とを具備する。【選択図】図12
