PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiviral filter with conductivity for an electrostatic precipitator where pressure loss is low, collection efficiency is high and further bacteria and viruses adhered to the filter can be inactivated by the own function of the filter.SOLUTION: An antiviral filter for an electrostatic precipitator includes a fiber structure having air permeability and is used for a dust collection part of the electrostatic precipitator. In the fiber structure, at least a part of fibers has conductivity and an antiviral layer formed with a substance which can inactivate viruses on at least a part of the surfaces of the fibers.
