PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male incontinence pad being easily worn, providing a comfortable wearing feeling, not disturbing movement of a users body in a wearing state, and being hardly fallen off.SOLUTION: A surface sheet 1 and a backside sheet 2 of an incontinence pad P are folded back at central parts 1c and 2c and respective long-side edge sides 1a and 2a are joined together to form a storage part 10, with a central fold-back part 8 used as a bottom part. Filaments 4 with elasticity cause a body-side part to contract in a short-side direction and a clothing-side part to expansively bend outward. An opening part 11 and the storage part 10 are held into a form having a clearance to be easily worn. Gathering is formed on the body side to provide a comfortable wearing feeling. The width-directional size is reduced by the filaments and the body-side part has the elasticity, so that the incontinence pad does not disturb movement of the user and is hardly fallen off.
