The present invention relates to an anatomically shaped absorbent tampon for incontinence (1) which is placed in a disposable diaper (2) and which participates in an active and effective way in the prevention of bedsores in the patient at risk. This anti-decubitus action is carried out by placing a pad made of absorbent material of the sodium polyacrylate type, compartmentalized in anatomical areas. After absorbing a liquid, the absorbent material is transformed into a flexible, comfortable, thick material, with anti-decubitus effect. The anti-decubitus absorbent pad (1) has an anatomically shaped rear part (4) and a crotch part (5) which is placed between the legs of the user. The disposable diaper (2) has a base absorbent pad (3) having a liquid impermeable bottom sheet and a fluid permeable top sheet. The anatomically shaped absorbent pad for incontinence with anti-decubitus effect (1), a few centimeters thick, compartmentalized in several different anatomical zones, has an upper and lower sheet permeable to fluids. It increases the overall thickness of the absorbent part on the central and rear part of the layer. The compartmentalized anatomical absorbent pad (1) thus creates a protective cushion facing areas at risk of bedsores in the sitting and lying position, is fixed to the disposable layer by means of fixing elements (6) or can be integrated directly into the disposable diaper with the basic absorbent element of the diaper (3) during its manufacture. The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for incontinent people who are bedridden or sit for long hours on a daily basis.
