When the second sheet (5a) is unrolled from the sheet roll (5ar) and conveyed in a conveyance direction, a stretching device (31) stretches the second sheet (5a) in the conveyance direction such that the pitch of the mark elements (IL) arranged in the conveyance direction is larger than the first pitch (P3). After stretching, a delivery device (51) delivers the second sheet (5a) to a junction with a conveyance path of the first sheet (3a).
