PURPOSE: A pine mushroom drink and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the marketability by preventing the generation of a precipitate by adding a precipitate removal process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pine mushroom drink comprises the following steps: extracting 2~6% of pine mushroom for 24 hours using 51~58% of 4deg C purified water； separating the pine mushroom extract and the solid portion； crushing the solid portion of the pine mushroom； mixing the crushed pine mushroom with the pine mushroom extract for forming a first pine mushroom solution； filtering the first pine mushroom solution to obtain a second pine mushroom solution and a pine mushroom precipitate； extracting the pine mushroom precipitate and mixing the extract with the second pine mushroom solution； and cooling the mixture.송이버섯(Tricholoma matsutake Singer)은 그 맛과 향이 매우 뛰어나나 매우 고가이므로 손쉽게 이를 접할 수 없었다. 본 발명은 송이버섯을 침전물이 없는 액상 음료로 제조할 수 있는 방법을 제공함으로써 송이버섯의 맛과 향이 잘 보존된 송이버섯 음료를 제공한다.
