PURPOSE: A pine mushroom drink and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the marketability by preventing the generation of a precipitate by adding a precipitate removal process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pine mushroom drink comprises the following steps: extracting 2~6% of pine mushroom for 24 hours using 51~58% of 4deg C purified water; separating the pine mushroom extract and the solid portion; crushing the solid portion of the pine mushroom; mixing the crushed pine mushroom with the pine mushroom extract for forming a first pine mushroom solution; filtering the first pine mushroom solution to obtain a second pine mushroom solution and a pine mushroom precipitate; extracting the pine mushroom precipitate and mixing the extract with the second pine mushroom solution; and cooling the mixture.송이버섯(Tricholoma matsutake Singer)은 그 맛과 향이 매우 뛰어나나 매우 고가이므로 손쉽게 이를 접할 수 없었다. 본 발명은 송이버섯을 침전물이 없는 액상 음료로 제조할 수 있는 방법을 제공함으로써 송이버섯의 맛과 향이 잘 보존된 송이버섯 음료를 제공한다.
