Easy Rotating Machine comprises a base, two rollers rotating above the base with their axis of rotation parallel to each others, an edge lock at both ends of each roller； a console on the base for controlling the rotation of rollers, a container above the two rollers whereas container is sealed with air-tight lid. The rotation of rollers can lead to the rotation of container. Edge locks prevent container from coming out from the two rollers. When this machine is used on food pickling and fermentation process, it consumes lesser time, smaller storage space and less seasoning. In particular； storage space can be reduced by at least 40%.
