PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for reducing the labor of caring for a bedridden long-term care recipient. SOLUTION: A recumbent stand 3 on which a user lies down swings around a pin 17 along a central axis 13 by a low-speed motor 19. A pad having a plurality of bag bodies is placed on the lying table 3, and the user lies on the pad. These plurality of bags can be arranged at different positions on the lying table 3 and seal the fluid as a whole, and each expands and contracts according to the capacity of the sealed fluid, and due to the pressure difference. The interior communicates with each other through a narrow flow path that delays the movement of the fluid. When a large earthquake occurs, the weight 31 falls from the weight support member 33, so that the pin 17 is pulled out and the recumbent stand 3 descends with the user on it.
