PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide which can be accurately and stably fixed to a prescribed region of a vertebra, thereby capable of achieving highly accurate insertion of a pedicle probe.SOLUTION: The guide includes: a pair of guide cylinders 1a, 1b each of which the pedicle probe is put through a base part 2 that connects the pair of guide cylinders and is projected in a reverse U or reverse V shape from a plane with the guide cylinders positioned thereon a first connection part 3 that connects the pair of guide cylinders and a second connection part 4 that connects the vertex portion 2c of the base part to the first connection part. The lower opening edges 1c, 1d of the pair of guide cylinders each have shapes to be brought into contact with the vertebral arch of the vertebra without any space when the guide is fixed by pressure to the prescribed region of the vertebra. The vertex portion of the base part has a first support surface 6 to be brought into contact with the distal end of a spinous process without any space when the guide is fixed by pressure to the prescribed region of the vertebra. The left side and right side portions of the base part respectively have second support surfaces 5a, 5b to be brought into contact with the vertebral arch of the vertebra without any space when the guide is fixed by pressure to the prescribed region of the vertebra.
