PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat and a fixing device of an automobile provided with stretcher function capable of safely conveying a handicapped person to a hospital or a care facility by any person using the seat of the automobile.SOLUTION: A stretcher gripping part 7 and a storage part are formed on a back side of a seating plate part 1 and a stretcher gripping part 24 and a storage part are formed on a back side of a back rest part 2. An article in which the seating plate part 1 and the back rest part 2 are made in a flat surface shape and the stretcher gripping part is drawn out and exposed is held by a conveyer and can be conveyed-in/out to the automobile in the state that the person is laid on the seat becoming the stretcher state. A seat rotation shaft part 5, a seat connection part 6 and a striker part 9 are formed on a back side of the seating plate part 1 and the fixing device 11 constitutes a base seat connection part 12, an electro-magnetic force generation device part and a latch device part. The seat connection part 6 is connected to the base seat connection part 12 and is fixed by magnetic force based on a control part. The striker part 9 is inserted to the latch device part at a predetermined position where the seat rotation shaft part 5 is rotated and is locked and it can be driven and conveyed in the state that the stretcher state is supported/fixed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】体が不自由な人を自動車の座席を用いて誰でも安全に病院や介護施設等に搬送できる担架機能を備えた自動車の座席と固定装置を提供する。【解決手段】座板部1の裏側に担架把手部7と収納部、背もたれ部2の裏側に担架把手部24と収納部とを構成し、座板部1と背もたれ部2を平面状にして担架把手部を引出し露出したものを搬送者が手に持って、担架状態になった座席に、人を寝かせた状態で自動車に搬入搬出できるようになっている。座板部1の裏側には座席回転軸部5と座席接続部6とストライカ部9を構成し、固定装置11は台座接続部12と電磁力発生装置部とラッチ装置部とを構成し、台座接続部12に座席接続部6を接続し制御部に基づいて磁力により座席接続部6が固定され、座席回転軸部5を回転させた所定位置でストライカ部9をラッチ装置部に差込み施錠し担架状態を支持固定した状態で運転して搬送することができる。【選択図】図5
