PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture needle and an acupuncture needle tube by which the needle is prevented from being fallen down during holding and small chips of waste are not produced when taking out the needle and the needle tube from a package for acupuncture treatment.SOLUTION: The packaging structure is equipped with a needle 101 including a needle body 102 and a needle handle 103, a tubular needle tube 104 with an inner diameter in which the needle 101 is passable, and a blister 106. Here, the blister 106 has an indentation where the needle 101 and the needle tube 104 are accommodated in a combined state as they are, in a state in which the needle tube 104 is externally mounted on the needle 101 in a state in which a part of the needle handle 103 is protruded from the upper end of the needle tube 104. The backside of the blister 105 is sealed by a paper mount 107. In the indentation of the blister 106, a needle handle holding constriction 105 wherein a part of the inner diameter of a part in which the needle handle 103 protruding from the upper end of the needle tube 104 can be received is made to correspond to the outer diameter of the needle handle 103 is arranged.
