The securing section (7) secures the needle tube (3) in a state that the needle tip (3a) of the needle tube (3) is protruded. The securing section (7) of the syringe (2) includes a holding hole (11) in which a chuck member for supporting and securing a circumferential surface of the needle tube (3) during the insert molding is inserted and passed.
