PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment composition capable of easily improving the touch feeling of the hair by being applied to the hair before washing out a hair cosmetic in hair cosmetic treatment.SOLUTION: The hair treatment composition includes a base agent, and carbon dioxide gas dissolved in the base agent. The carbon dioxide gas is formulated so as to occupy &ge0.07 mass% of the whole amount of the composition.
