PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing system which can be operated comparatively easily even by an operator with low skill and having little experience in radiography.SOLUTION: The radiation image photographing system comprises a radiation image photographing apparatus 10, a medical terminal 30, and a radiation image reading device 20. The radiation image photographing apparatus irradiates and photographs a subject and stores radiation images in a storage medium. Information regarding a plurality of photographs taken by the radiation image photographing apparatus is input into the medical terminal succesively. The medical terminal then stores the information regarding the plurality of photographs in the entered order, and sends the information regarding the plurality of photographs in the stored order. When the storage medium storing the photographs, each of which is taken according to the piece of information regarding the photograph, is set on the radiation image reading device, the reading device reads the stored radiation images and generates image data. The radiation image reading device then correlates the generated image data with the information regarding the photographs, and sends the image data and the information to the medical terminal 30 in the order that the radiation image reading device receives the information regarding the plurality of photographs from the medical terminal 30.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 撮影経験が少なく習熟度の低いオペレータにとっても、比較的簡単に操作を行うことのできる放射線画像撮影システムを提供する。【解決手段】 この放射線画像撮影システムは、被検者に放射線を照射して撮影を行うことにより記録媒体に放射線画像を記録する放射線画像撮影装置10を用いて行われる複数の撮影に関する情報を順次入力し、複数の撮影に関する情報を入力された順序で格納し、複数の撮影に関する情報を格納された順序で送信する医療用端末30と、複数の撮影に関する情報を医療用端末30から受信した順序に従って、各々の撮影に関する情報に対応して撮影が行われた記録媒体がセットされた際に、記録されている放射線画像を読み取って画像データを生成し、生成した画像データと該撮影に関する情報とを対応付けて医療用端末30に送信する放射線画像読取装置20とを具備する。【選択図】 図1
