A walker includes a pair of first support legs, a pair of second support legs and a pair of linkage rods. The two first support legs connect to each other by a cross rod, and each support leg includes an outer tube, inner tube and a pushing rod. The inner tube is disposed in the outer tube in part, and the inner tube has a pressing portion. One end of the pushing rod has a close fit portion, the pushing rod is disposed in the inner tube in part, and the close fit portion is sleeved on the pressing portion. The pushing rod relates to the inner tube having a first state and a second state. In the first state, the pressing portion pushes the close fit portion, and the close fit portion reaches to the inner wall of the outer tube. In the second state, the close fit portion is not pushed by the pressing portion, and the close fit portion does not reach to the inner wall of the outer tube. The two second support legs are disposed on the opposite side of the pair of first support legs.
