To provide a movement support tool comprising a stretchable fixing tool whose length can be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: A stretchable fixing tool 28 comprises: a fixing member 35 fixed to a hollow pipe 25； and a rotary member 36 which is rotated with an axial direction as a rotary axis, for engaging to the fixing member 35. The rotary member 36 comprises: a rotary member open hole into which a rod body 26 is inserted； and a pressing part. The fixing member 35 comprises: a fixing member open hole into which the rod body 26 is inserted； and a first contact part 48 protruded from one end of the hollow pipe 25 in the axial direction when being attached to the hollow pipe 25. When the rotary member 36 is rotated and the rotary member 36 is engaged to the fixing member 35, the pressing part presses directly or indirectly the first contact part.
