PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which can rapidly and surely inject fluid to a defective part on an object and a treatment set having the syringe.SOLUTION: A treatment set used for a backbone rear-side fixing operation method includes a syringe 1 and a guide wire 2 used with the syringe 1. The syringe 1 includes: an outer cylinder 3 in which a bone prosthetic material F is stored； a thin and long discharge pipe 4 provided at a tip of the outer cylinder 3； a gasket 5 that fluid-tightly slides in the outer cylinder 3； and a plunger 6 which is connected to the gasket 5 and movably operates the gasket 5 in the outer cylinder 3. The plunger 6 includes a long plunger body 61 which includes a through hole 60 formed along an axial direction.
