PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorbent article, capable of reducing quantity of urine flowing back to an opening and quickly absorbing urine flowing back to the opening to prevent leak of urine from the opening.SOLUTION: A urine absorbent pad 1 includes a bag member 10 with a first absorbent 13, and a second absorbent 21 provided close to the opening 10a of the bag member 10. Urine discharged inside the bag member 10 is absorbed by the first absorbent 13, thereby, quantity of urine flowing back to the opening 10a is reduced. Urine flowing back to the opening 10a is absorbed by the second absorbent 21. Specifically, for the second absorbent 21, a material quicker in water absorbing speed than that of the first absorbent 13 is used. Thus the second absorbent 21 quickly absorbs urine flowing back to the opening 10a. Leak of urine from the opening 10a can thus be favorably prevented.
