PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a sterilization system, capable of shortening a time since heat sterilization is started until production of a product, is restarted.SOLUTION: A control device of a sterilization system is a control device of a sterilization system for heating an object which is a sterilization object for sterilizing, and comprises: a temperature reception part 281 for receiving temperature of the object； a time measurement part 282 for measuring a heat sterilization time during heat sterilization in which, the temperature is equal to or higher than reference temperature； a completion estimation part 283 for, based on a cooling change rate which is preset as a reduction rate of temperature after heating is finished, the received temperature, and the measured heat sterilization time, estimating a sterilization completion estimation time when the heat sterilization is finished； and a heating finishing part 284 for finishing heating, when the sterilization completion estimation time exceeds a predetermined reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
