PURPOSE: A coffee roasting apparatus is provided to automatically detect temperatures when heating coffee beans for roasting, and turn off the apparatus.CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor (1a) is installed inside or outside of an electric control panel for detecting temperatures. A storage unit (1d) stores temperature data measured from the temperature sensor, and normal time data of a heated coffee roasting apparatus to cool. A control unit (1b) determines the roasting time completion or the exceeded roasting time or fire related subjects using the temperature data and the normal time data. An alarming unit (1e) outputs alarming sound when the roasting time completion, the exceeded roasting time, the or fire related subjects are determined. A timer (1c) returns counting information to the control unit. An applied voltage unit (1f) supplies external power through an output power unit.
