A method of rapidly producing agarwood from aquilaria tree includes preparing a sapling of aquilaria tree, drilling a hole 20 cm in height from the ground in the sapling of aquilaria tree, and injecting a mixture formed by mixing a Trichoderma and a plant growth regulator into the hole.
