Devices, systems and methods are provided that include a lubrication solution container for an integrated pump in an ophthalmic surgical handpiece. In some embodiments, the ophthalmic pump system includes a housing forming a cavity. The system includes a rotating element located within the cavity of the housing. The system includes a flexible tubular structure positioned within the housing adjacent the rotating element such that rotation of the rotating element urges fluid through the flexible tubular structure.
