PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reinforcement of low-invasive percutaneous screw fixing by a percutaneous technique, when inserting a reinforcement material such as a bone prosthesis into a screw hole in screw fixing, by facilitating insertion of a screw reinforcement material into the screw hole regardless of difficulty of straight gaze of a screw puncture hole and insertion inhibition of the reinforcement material such as the bone prosthesis, by a guide wire disposed in the screw hole.SOLUTION: An insertion device of a screw reinforcement material includes an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, and a guide member and is configured to be slidable with their inserted into one another. The outer cylinder includes: a reinforcement material insertion hole (a bone prosthesis insertion hole) at a distal end for inserting a reinforcement material such as a bone prosthesis a reinforcement material extraction hole (a bone prosthesis extraction hole) at a proximal end for extracting the reinforcement material (the bone prosthesis) and a lumen for communicating the reinforcement insertion hole to the reinforcement extraction hole in the inside so as to make the inner cylinder slidable therein. The inner cylinder includes: a pressing surface at the distal end for pushing the reinforcement material (the bone prosthesis) therein, and a lumen for communicating opening parts of both ends of the inner cylinder in the inside so as to make the guide member slidable therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】スクリュー固定において、スクリュー孔に人工骨等の補強材を挿入する際、スクリュー刺入孔の直視の困難性や、スクリュー孔に配置されたガイドワイヤーによる人工骨等の補強材の挿入阻害に係わらず、スクリュー孔へのスクリューの補強材の挿入を容易とし、低侵襲な経皮的スクリュー固定に対して経皮的な手技での補強を可能とする。【解決手段】スクリューの補強材の挿入装置は、外筒と内筒と案内部材とを備え、これらを互いに差し入れた状態でスライド可能とする。外筒は遠位端に人工骨等の補強材を投入する補強材投入口(人工骨投入口)と、近位端に補強材(人工骨)を挿出する補強材挿出口(人工骨挿出口)があり、補強材投入口と補強材挿出口とを内部で連通して、内筒をスライド可能とする内腔を備える。内筒は、遠位端に補強材(人工骨)を押し込む押圧面があり、内筒の両端の開口部間を内部で連通し、案内部材をスライド可能とする内腔を備える。【選択図】図1
