NEW COMPOUNDS DERIVED FROM TAURINE AND THEIR USES, THEIR PREPARATION PROCESS AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THE SAME. The present invention relates to compounds derived from taurine with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory activity. In a first embodiment, the present invention relates to taurine derivatives, in which the taurine is linked, directly by means of an amide bond or through a spacer group, to a compound selected from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, said derivatives of taurine having Formula (I): where R means the component with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory activity. In a second embodiment, the invention provides a process for obtaining compounds of Formula (I) by reacting taurine with a compound belonging to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), to obtain a derivative of taurine by direct or by through a spacer group, from taurine to NSAID. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one compound derived from taurine having non-steroidal anti-inflammatory activity without showing the harmful effects of the respective matrix drugs and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. it is also proposed to use said compounds in the preparation of a drug for the treatment of inflammatory processes, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, Chron's disease or Alzheimer's disease.NOVOS COMPOSTOS DERIVADOS DE TAURINA E SEUS USOS, PROCESSO DE SUA PREPARAçãO E COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS CONTENDO OS MESMOS.
